Accreditation
Administrative services is responsible for ensuring that all department policies and procedures are in compliance with the standards set by New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. The accreditation program has long been recognized as a means of maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The Colonie Police Department has been an accredited agency since 1994.
